The event features a dynamic panel discussion with successful women in various roles within the industry, including architects, engineers, project managers, and tradeswomen. They will share their insights, experiences, and successes and challenges throughout their career journeys. The panel aims to inspire more women to consider construction as a career path. Networking opportunities will foster a supportive community that champions equality and encourages women to pursue construction careers.
In addition to the engaging discussions, attendees can participate in a bidding competition on the silent auction, with proceeds supporting scholarships for women pursuing training in the construction trades through the Bellingham Technical College Foundation. The evening promises delicious appetizers and drinks.
