Habitat for Humanity SKC PRIDE Build

Join NAWIC & Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County for their Inaugural PRIDE Build!

A history of systemic discrimination bars many LGBTQ+ families and individuals from access to homeownership, so through PRIDE Build, Habitat and its partners are rallying together to raise awareness of the need of affordable housing for ALL and its ability and power to transform lives for the better. Help us bring together local members of the LGBTQ+ community, organizations, and allies to support Habitat’s programs and LGBTQ+ homeowners!

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to participate in a Habitat Home Dedication on site as well as the PRIDE Build Day!

Schedule for Home Dedication and Volunteer Day:
• 9:45am: Arrival time & Check-in
• 10:00am: Home Dedication Program begins
• 11:15-11:30am: Lunch will be provided
• 12:30-4:00pm: NAWIC Volunteer Build
