🕸️ HEROINES & HIGHBALLS: Cocktails, Costumes & a Little Bit of Herstory 🥃✨
NAWIC Puget Sound and Build With Pride Seattle are teaming up for a night celebrating the women who have challenged expectations, broken barriers, made history, and inspired us along the way.
On October 29th, we’re taking over Local Side Hustle Bothell’s private speakeasy for an evening with a twist: come dressed as your favorite female icon, past or present. Think activists, artists, athletes, scientists, trailblazers, rebels, cultural icons… or Dolly Parton, because obviously Dolly always belongs in the room. 😉
Expect cocktails, costumes, a costume contest, drag performance, snacks, drinks, and plenty of connection between two communities that believe there’s a lot more power in building spaces where everyone belongs.
This collaboration between NAWIC Puget Sound + Build With Pride Seattle is about having FUN, but it’s also about celebrating the women who opened doors, challenged the status quo, and gave the rest of us permission to take up a little more space.
