The Build:
YouthCare– Broadway Center for Youth:
Join us as our own Mariah David of Walsh Construction takes us on a site tour of the new YouthCare- Broadway Center for Youth. This will be an 8 story, 87,366sf building with 84 residential units for Community Roots Housing. The program includes a mix of Studio, Open1bed and 1bed units with common area amenities. The project will include a Tenant Improvement Space providing a 31,618sf new home for YouthCare, a non-profit helping to build a brighter future for youth experiencing homelessness.
We will follow-up the tour at Stoup Brewing for a casual networking Happy Hour (starting around 4:30).

Site Office – MEET HERE FIRST : 1512 Broadway, Seattle, 98122 (Two doors south of the site)
Project Site: 1534 Broadway, Seattle, 98122 (At the corner of Pine and Broadway)
What to bring/wear:
- Sturdy shoes/boots
- Long pants
- PPE if you have it
- About 8-10 vests/hardhats available at our site office for those who don’t have their own
