DESCRIPTION:Step inside a project that’s making a lasting impact on our community. \nJoin NAWIC Puget Sound on July 16th at 3:00 PM for an exclusive site walk of the new Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center in Shoreline\, hosted by our friends at Kiewit. \nFircrest provides residential care and support services for approximately 200 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The new campus is being thoughtfully designed around person-centered care\, creating a modern environment that promotes dignity\, independence\, connection\, and quality of life for some of our state’s most vulnerable residents. \nThis is a unique opportunity to:\n🔹 Tour a meaningful healthcare construction project🔹 Learn about the design-build process from the project team🔹 Connect with fellow AEC professionals🔹 See how our industry helps shape spaces that truly change lives \nA huge thank you to Kiewit for sponsoring this event and opening the doors for our members and guests. \nAnd because networking is always better with good company\, we’ll keep the conversations going afterward at Hellbent Brewing Company. 🍻 \nWhether you’re in the field\, the office\, a student\, or simply curious about construction\, we’d love to have you join us. \nKiewit required PPE for project access Includes: Hard hat\, safety glasses\, class 2 safety vest\, and gloves.
