SUMMARY:Coffee\, Construction\, & Conversation
DESCRIPTION:Join us for this month’s Coffee & Conversations as we discuss\, “The Wellness Trifecta.” \nThe wellness trifecta is a holistic approach built on three core pillars: health\, mindfulness\, and spiritual alignment. Health focuses on caring for the body through nutrition\, movement\, and rest. Mindfulness centers on staying present and managing thoughts and emotions with awareness. Spiritual alignment involves connecting to personal values and a deeper sense of purpose. Together\, these elements support a balanced\, grounded\, and more fulfilling way of living. \nThis informal conversation will give members an opportunity to share experiences\, discuss strategies\, and explore ways to prioritize well-being. Grab a coffee\, pull up a chair\, and get ready to learn from one another in a casual\, supportive setting! \n*This is a members only event.

SUMMARY:Volunteer Opportunity: Ryther
DESCRIPTION:Join the 3rd Annual James King Roofing & Friends: Ryther Campus Cleanup. \nRyther is a 9-acre behavioral health campus serving children and families\, and for the past two years\, our group (the largest EVER on campus) has come together to landscape\, paint\, clean roofs\, sort donations\, and help beautify the campus ahead of summer programming. This year\, we’re excited to do it again and just in time for campers to return in June for some summer fun. \nThis effort also aligns with Mental Health Awareness Month\, a cause that hits close to home in the construction industry\, where mental health challenges and suicide rates remain a serious concern. The time we spend on campus with clients\, colleagues\, and friends is about more than giving back\, it’s about raising awareness\, supporting one another\, and advocating for the incredible work Ryther is doing for youth in our community. \nSo come roll up your sleeves with us for a great cause– THANK YOU! 😊 \nPlease use the link below for more information and to register:\n👉 Information & RSVP

SUMMARY:Volunteer Opportunity: Mary's Place
DESCRIPTION:Mary’s Place plays a critical role in addressing family homelessness in our community\, keeping families together\, safe\, and supported while they work toward permanent housing. \nWe’re excited to partner with Mary’s Place for an upcoming volunteer day. We’ll be rolling up our sleeves in their South Lake Union administrative space. We will help to refresh the office with a fresh coat of paint and a little TLC. This space\, formerly home to a KEXP radio station\, continues to evolve as a place where meaningful work happens behind the scenes. \nWhile it may not be a job site\, it’s just as impactful. Supporting the administrative side of organizations like Mary’s Place helps keep critical programs running. Their programs serve families across our region and work toward a future where no child sleeps outside. \nGrateful for the opportunity to give back\, build community\, and support spaces that support others.
